The service is not a ‘manned’ helpline – Caroline cannot guarantee that she will always be able to answer calls immediately, she may be with a client or on another call but she will get back to you as soon as she is able. The price is calculated to include the fact that there will be holiday periods however a mobile number will be provided for urgent assistance at such times and emails will always be checked.

Usage will be monitored on a six monthly and annual basis to ensure that clients are on the correct tariff and the monthly fee may be adjusted up or down accordingly on a six monthly basis. The tariffs are not directly related to hours’ usage; these are simply a guide and will only be adjusted if usage varies significantly from the general band.

For work outside the tariff which requires more than drafting a basic letter or vetting and amending a client’s letter, such as drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, projects such as assisting with redundancy programmes, tribunal work etc. Caroline offers a reduced hourly rate of £135 plus VAT.
